Executive Chef, Porter
Christopher Lim is a native New Yorker who brings over 20 years of NYC experience across the Hudson River as the Executive Chef of Porter in Weehawken, New Jersey. Prior to opening his debut restaurant, Lim worked in some of Manhattan’s most respected kitchens including the Michelin-starred Daniel, Bar Boulud, 21 Club, and BLT Steak. From there, he was given the opportunity to join chef Marc Forgione’s team as Corporate Chef, where he oversaw kitchen operations at Restaurant Marc Forgione and assisted with the openings of American Cut locations in Atlantic City and Tribeca. Throughout his career, Lim has collaborated on three cookbooks, made television appearances on Food Network’s “Iron Chef,” and contributed to various large-scale consumer and charity events.
